ALL YOU NEED Wedding Planning specializes in organizing weddings for couples living abroad, but are set to get married in Hungary. Our team are proficient speakers of English, but we can also offer assistance in German and Russian. In the past six years we developed a system of distant planning. All You Need Wedding planning costs:
HUF 300.000+VAT (EUR1000),
which consists of the following:

If you live abroad and would like a wedding planner to take care of all important details in Hungary, we can start by preparing a wedding offer and venue hunting based on your instructions. This costs HUF 20,000+VAT. Once the amount is transferred to us, we send you the offer via mail in max.7 days. Should you like our offer, you can book your wedding date with us by a further payment of HUF 40,000+VAT (EUR140)

In case you already have your wedding venue, we can agree on working together on the remaining services, then the next payable amount is:
HUF 20,000+VAT (EUR70).

If you decide to pick us as your wedding planner, the amounts you paid previously are deducted from our fee of HUF 300,000+VAT (EUR1000).

Our job is to keep in touch with everyone involved in your wedding, handle orders, arrange appointments and prepare a detailed script for the day of your wedding. You can count on us on your wedding day too. We coordinate all vendors present, supervise preparation, and make sure everything goes the way you imagined.

If you only wish to order a detailed wedding price list, it costs HUF 20,000+VAT (EUR70) and is prepayable.

We organize weddings outside Budapest, our transport fee is HUF80+VAT/km (EUR4).

1 Euro is HUF290.
